For instance, Illumnovate can show Clients more relevant search results and ads, help Clients connect with people or to make sharing with others quicker and easier. As Clients use Illumnovate's services, Illumnovate's Staff want Clients to be clear how Illumnovate® using information and the ways in which Clients can protect Clients' privacy. Clients can view or edit Clients' personal data online for many of Illumnovate's services. Clients can also make choices about Illumnovate's collection and use of Clients data. How Clients can access or control Clients personal data will depend on which services Clients use. Clients can choose whether Clients wish to receive promotional communications from our web site by email, SMS, physical mail, and telephone. If Clients receive promotional email or SMS messages from Illumnovate® and would like to opt out, Clients can do so by following the directions in that message. Clients can also make choices about the receipt of promotional email, telephone calls, and postal mail by visiting and signing into Company Promotional Communications Manager, which allows Clients to update contact information, manage contact preferences, opt out of email subscriptions, and choose whether to share Clients contact information with our partners. These choices do not apply to mandatory service communications that are part of certain web site services.

Illumnovate's store collects data to operate effectively and provide Clients the best experiences with our services. Clients provide some of this data directly, such as when Clients create a personal account. Illumnovate® records some of it by recording how Clients interact with our services by, for example, using technologies like cookies, and receiving error reports or usage data from software running on Clients' computing devices (i.e., PCs, Laptops, Mobile Devices). Illumnovate® also obtains/collects data from third parties (including other companies). For example, Illumnovate supplements the data it collects by purchasing demographic data from other companies. Illumnovate® also use services from other companies to help us determine a location based on Clients IP address in order to customize certain services to Clients location. The data Illumnovate collects depends on the services and features Clients use.

Illumnovate's web site uses the data that it collects for three basic purposes: to operate the business and provide (including improving and personalizing) Illumnovate Service Offerings, to send communications, including promotional communications, and to display advertising (where applicable). In carrying out these purposes, Illumnovate® combines data that it collects through the various web site services Clients use to give Clients a more seamless, consistent and personalized experience. However, to enhance privacy, Illumnovate® has incorporated, integrated technological and procedural safeguards designed to prevent certain data combinations. For example, Illumnovate® segregates its public visitors' data that is unauthenticated (not signed in) separately from any account information that directly identifies Clients, such as Clients name, email address or phone number.

Illumnovate®, LLC (also known as "The Company") shall not share any client contact information with commercial or private third parties, unless expressly authorized in writing by the client in question. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Internet Links; Affiliated Marketing, Cold call lists, e-mail or conventional mail, magazines, newspapers, published articles, TV, radio, or other forms of media.

As a result of the confidentiality of Intellectual Property, including, but not limited to proprietary information, trade secrets, know-how, financial information, data, business plans, forecasts, ideas, concepts, methods, techniques, projections, analyses, software, hardware or system designs, specifications, designs, drawings, documentation, discoveries, improvements, research or development, architecture, structure, processes, protocols, customer and supplier identities and characteristics, agreements, marketing knowledge and information, Illumnovate shall provide its findings only to the Client for its Organization or Company Proprietary project(s) in question.

Unless expressly authorized in writing by the Party providing the information, the Party receiving the information agrees (i) to use the Confidential Information only in connection with evaluating a potential business relationship and/or in connection with a business arrangement, if any, entered into between the Parties with respect to the Projects, (ii) to retain the Confidential Information in confidence, and to take all necessary precautions to protect such Confidential Information, including, without limitation, the segregation of the Confidential Information from the confidential materials of others and all other precautions a Party employs with respect to its own confidential materials, (iii) not to divulge any Confidential Information or any information derived there from to any third person, and (iv) not to copy, reverse engineer, reverse compile, nor attempt to derive the composition or underlying information of any confidential information.

Illumnovate® shares Clients personal data with Clients' consent or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service Clients have requested or authorized. For example, Illumnovate shares Clients' content with third parties when Clients directs Illumnovate to do so. When Clients provide payment data to make a purchase, Illumnovate® shares payment data with banks and other entities that process payment transactions or provide other financial services, and for fraud prevention and credit risk reduction. In addition, Illumnovate shares personal data among our controlled affiliates and subsidiaries. Upon Client authorization, Illumnovate® also shares share personal data with vendors or agents working on our behalf for the purposes described in this statement. For example, companies that Illumnovate® hires as third-party or subcontractor services to provide customer service support or assist in protecting and securing our systems and services may need access to personal data in order to provide those functions. In such cases, these companies must abide by our data privacy and security requirements and are not allowed to use personal data they receive from us for any other purpose. We may also disclose personal data as part of a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.
